Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items (e.g., intimate wear) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchange
If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.
